But his success is about much more than accolades, it’s about the relationship he’s built, creating loyal clientele that appreciates his attentiveness, knowledge, negotiation and marketing skills, and an easy-going nature that makes even the most complex transactions more enjoyable.
A Newport Beach native, David comes from a real estate family and at a very young age was introduced to it. He started his career managing properties located throughout Orange County and in 2003 became a realtor in Newport Beach buying and selling some of the most expensive real estate in the world for his clients. In 2009 he moved to Los Cabos to continue the beach life, and also to enjoy the perfect winters of Baja California.
As a US Army veteran and a full-time husband and dad, David strives for professionalism and dedication. He knows that being a realtor is not just about selling or buying properties but more importantly building a long-term relationship with his clients.
